Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but in case you want to return your goods, here’s some information about the process.


Boo La Soaps and Candles' return policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into place on the 13th of June 2014. This states that the customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks the goods to be delivered to, to cancel their order.

We can only accepted returns on unopened and unused goods.
Please note if goods returned to us are not in a resalable condition, refund value may be reduced.

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning the item, but not the return postage.

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

The refund will then be processed through your original method of payment.
